Privacy Policy

Engage Apps stores basic information about each merchant in our own private database. This includes the name, address, phone number, email, currency type, plan type, and domain name of each merchant that installs our applications. Our apps do not access, collect, store, sell, or share customer or order data.

In many cases we will store your original shop photos on our Google Storage account in order to process and restore them when requested. We do not sell, trade, or share these photos. Your originals are kept securely so you can always restore them at any time.

Some of our apps can connect to Google Merchant Center, if authorized by you. This connection allows us to upload supplemental data to help improve your Google Shopping experiences. This integration is always opt-in and requires your explicit authorization.

Some apps connect to Google Search Console. Your authorization allows us to pull and display vital information about your shop's performance in Google Search and Image Search. We do not sell, trade, or share these statistics. We may periodically send this information to you via email, or use it internally to track merchant performance and improve our applications.

Our primary concern is improving our applications' technical capabilities. We have no interest in marketing your information for any purpose. However, we may collect general statistics on the types of merchants that use our apps and provide this aggregated, non-identifiable information to third parties to improve our marketability.
