No Data Storage
This application does not permanently store your conversation content. Conversations are fetched, summarized, emailed, and discarded in the same process run.
Data Processing
To generate your summary, conversation transcripts are temporarily sent to OpenRouter's AI API for AI summarization, and the resulting report is sent through Mailgun to deliver the email. This processing happens in real time as part of generating and delivering your report.
Configuration Settings
Your plugin configuration (language and delivery email address) is stored securely within Crisp's infrastructure using their plugin settings system. We do not have independent access to this configuration data.
Third-Party Data
This plugin operates within the Crisp ecosystem and relies on OpenRouter and Mailgun to generate and deliver reports. All data handling follows the privacy policies and security standards of these providers.

Service Description
Daily Chat Summaries reads conversations from your connected Crisp website, generates AI summaries, and delivers them by email on the schedule you configure. Delivery only begins once you've saved a delivery email address.
No Automatic Changes
This plugin only reads conversation data — it never modifies, replies to, or deletes any Crisp conversation, message, or setting.
No Liability
This plugin is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated summaries — always verify important details directly in Crisp before acting on them.
