Privacy Policy for all of our Shopify Apps

Engage Apps stores the basic information about each merchant in our own private database. This information includes the name, address, phone number, email, currency type, plan type, and domain name of each merchant that installs our applications.

Our apps do not access, collect, store, sell, or share customers and orders data.

In many cases we will store our merchant’s original shop photos on our Google Storage account in order to process and restore the photos when requested. We do not use sell, trade, or share these photos. Some of our apps can also connect into Google Merchant Center, if authorized, and can upload supplemental data to help improve Google Shopping experiences.

Some apps connect into Google Search Console and the authorization is necessary to pull and display vital information about a shop’s performance in Google Search and Image Search. We do not sell, trade, or share these statistics. We may periodically pull the information to send to each respective merchant via email, or use internally to track the performance of our merchants in order to improve the efficacy of our applications.

Our primary concern is on improving our application’s technical capabilities, and do not have any interest in marketing merchant information for any purpose. However, we may collect general statistics on the types of merchants that use our app and provide this information to third-parties to improve the marketability of our applications.
